The new Apple Caramel Snowskin Mooncake is a refreshingly light addition to our famous fruity range of handcrafted snowskin mooncakes. Containing chunks of fresh and caramelised green apple amid green apple puree, this creation is a welcome zesty treat for our tropical weather.
Back by popular demand is the Mango with Pomelo Snowskin Mooncake which has garnered fans with its smooth mango puree with mango cubes and pomelo sac. Equally delectable are our signature D24 Durian and Cempedak Snowskin Mooncakes. Every bite is generously filled with the rich creamy paste made from fresh pulp of D24 durians and Cempedak fruits.
Don’t miss our handcrafted baked selection of traditional mooncakes such as Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolks and Assorted Nuts with Ham. New this year is the Assorted Baked Combo which is great as a gift and a perfect way to try the popular flavours available!
Celebrating 110 Years of Timeless Elegance
To commemorate the hotel’s 110th anniversary, the chefs have created a 12-cm masterpiece, taking inspiration from the popular Chinese dessert – Almond Beancurd with Longan Giant Snowskin Mooncake. Smooth almond beancurd paste is complemented with juicy longan bits that add texture. Engraved with the Chinese words for ‘Goodwood Park’s Anniversary Celebration’, this exclusive mooncake is presented in an elegant gold silk drawstring pouch. Hurry!
