Debut Of Mini Bing Pi Jujube Paste With Walnut Mooncake Finds Favour With Mooncake Connoisseurs At The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia

SINGAPORE – June 14, 2010 – Mooncake connoisseurs on the search for specialty flavours will delight in Chef Fok Kai Yee’s mini bing pi jujube paste with walnut mooncake. With the smoky flavour of the jujube filling complemented by crunchy walnut bits, the newly created mooncake together with an extensive selection of traditional favourites make their debut August 23 to September 22, 2010.

Highly refined in taste and presentation, the traditional mooncake varieties are perfect as gifts or best enjoyed at home with family members. Flavours range from white lotus seed paste with and without double yolks to bing pi green tea paste with double yolks, and mini bing pi green tea paste.

Perennial speciality mooncake varieties that will delight its loyal following of connoisseurs include the mini bing pi lycheetini mooncake, chocolate mooncake and mini chocolate mooncake. Priced from S$36 for a box of six, bulk discounts from 10 per cent onwards are extended for a minimum purchase of 10 boxes.
